Ben and first cousin John Gallo (son of Rick's sister Jean and husband Steve) traveled to beautiful Hutchinson Kansas where the 2 boys participated in a week long Space Camp at the world renowned Kansas Cosmosphere.
At the camp, Ben's 'Kittyhawk' team completed their Space Shuttle Flight mission with Ben conducting in-flight experiments as the 'Payload Specialist'. John was the 'Pilot' of his team's mission and landed the Shuttle successfully.
While the boys earned their wings, the families, including Pop, relaxed in the balmy 108 degree weather at Prairie Dunes Country Club where the pool and the golf were spectacular. Bryan and Kathy took a golf lesson that paid immediate benefits. (Ask Steven how many golf balls he lost... Buy Titleist Stock before he re-stocks! You'll make a killing.)
