Led by Cousin Debbie and ably assisted by sisters Laurie, Jean, Kathy & Nancy, they rendez-voused with Cousin Cyndy as

The Hens Stormed Las Vegas!

Whew!  Sin City was on edge as this mob hit town!  Just a 3 day trip from Nov 9-12 by elderly Dowagers sounded harmless enough, until the arrival of the Buzz Bombs.  But more on that later.

According to the Las Vegas Police Blotter, here's how the trip went down.....  

November 9... Arriving in town, the girls cabbed over to the VERY inexpensive Treasure Island Hotel and quickly found out why it was so cheap. Pool was closed, Casino was dead, and the Strip outside was Blocked Off as it was being readied for a Formula One race that the Hens couldn't care less about.  

So they prepared for the very busy morrow by having some Wings downed with Bloody Mary's at the Sports Bar and retired early.

November 10...  A very busy day was on tap and started with The Hens checking out Caesars Hotel and sampling a beverage or 2 before heading to Cousin Cyndy's home where she hosted luncheon for the Gals.  

Picture upper right shows them posing, with their drinks at the ready.  Cyndy laid on a scrumptious Baked Pasta dish prepared under the direction of her husband Rich (pictured left) - who tortuously had to listen to these hens cackle for several hours.  It had to be Hell.

That evening, Kathy, Laurie and Deb hoofed it for miles to get to The Sphere for a stunning showing of "The Wizard Of Oz", which they thoroughly enjoyed.  Jean, Cyndy & Nancy, wary of Motion Sickness, decided to take in the "Cirque du Soleil" instead.   Both groups enjoyed their evening immensely and had avoided Jail too.

November 11...  Well This Was The Day!  It started off ominously with a Hallway Joe Snap issued by Kathy to Laurie when Chief apologized for something Kathy thought was unneeded. You have to be proud of Kathy as apparently she really thumped Laurie's melon - A True Johnson!

The Grand Finale of the Trip was intended to be seeing Donny Osmond in his Lounge act later in the evening.  Yeah, you read that right...   Donny Osmond!  So to kill time, they decided to check out the Bellagio Hotel and found that to be a bust.  Construction everywhere as they were readying their Lobby for Christmas.

So the Girls, waddled over to the Cosmopolitan Hotel and settled in the Bar -

 A CRUCIAL, CRITICAL MISTAKE!

Apparently, the Drink of the Day were called "Buzz Bombs" - And the Girls had plenty of them!  Five Rounds later they were all completely smashed.  I'm told Cousin Debbie had insisted on that Last Round and apparently that's what put the girls in La La Land!

So they found themselves in desperate need of a Cab Ride to haul them back to Treasure Island - as they were in no condition to hoof it.  To their rescue arrived a Cabbie with room to transport all 6 of them to safety.  Problem was he spoke not a word of English and his music selection absolutely sucked. 

So after Kathy secured a "No Spew Guarantee" promise from the Girls, Cousin Debbie reached over and physically commandeered the Cabbie's cell phone and found PitBull on one of his Playlists and then the real trouble started.  

With the Cabbie wondering (In Spanish),  "What The Hell Did I Get Into Here?" , the girls danced inside his Cab to Pitbull the whole way back to the Hotel.   And not just singing - but DANCING.   Be sure to check out the Video of the "Cab Ride From Hell".  Even if they remembered to tip the Driver - it could never have been enough.   But what a story he now had to tell.

Well, 2 of the Hens couldn't make it to see Donny as they were passed out for the evening in the Hotel.  

Their Identity STAYS IN VEGAS!  

But the others mustered themselves and took in the show - which they said was Pretty Rough.  Apparently there's a good reason Donny is a Lounge Act and not a Headliner!  WHAT A DAY!

November 12...   The Hens awoke late and were Escourted to the Airport by the Las Vegas Police Swat Team, with orders to ensure they actually got on ANY Airplane.  Homeward Bound! 

Woomba!    The Girls Sure Had Fun! 

They are already Planning their 2026 Hens Trip!
